The Strategy
Sleep isn’t solved by a single product. It’s unpredictable, emotional, and constantly changing—and parents are left navigating it on their own. I saw the opportunity to build something bigger: A true one-stop sleep resource where parents could learn what to buy, when to use it, and how to navigate everything in between.
I designed a system to:
- Drive compounding organic growth through high-intent SEO
- Deliver expert-backed, real-world guidance parents could trust
- Establish HALO as a credible authority, not just a product brand
- Activate content across email, paid, social, and on-site
The focus: own the “messy middle” – The moments most brands ignore, but where trust (and loyalty) are actually built.

Building the Hub
A connected ecosystem – not a blog:
- Centralized hub structured around real search intent and parent needs
- Seamless pathways from education → product discovery → purchase
- Expert-led content in partnership with certified sleep consultants
- Gated guides capturing email + due date/birthdate
- Lifecycle flows delivering stage-specific guidance + product recommendations
- Full integration across email, paid, social, and on-site
This turned content into a personalized lifecycle engine—delivering the right guidance and products at exactly the right time.

Impact
- 575K+ annual organic sessions, establishing content as a scalable acquisition channel
- 100K+ sessions driven by a single high-intent article (18% of total traffic)
- High-intent education converting up to 0.82% CVR at key decision-making moments
- Hub experience outperforming standard blog pages in both engagement and conversion
But the real impact was systemic:
Content began fueling the entire ecosystem – driving qualified traffic, strengthening conversion across channels, and creating ongoing engagement beyond the initial purchase. More importantly, it created a reason for parents to come back. Again and again.
The Shift
From selling sleep → to supporting it
From transactions → to relationships
From one-time purchase → to ongoing trust
Content → Data → Personalization → Conversion → Loyalty
HALO became more than a brand parents buy from—
it became a place they rely on.
